Do you accept returns?

Because our products are food-based (teas, honey, herbal blends) we cannot accept returns for safety and quality reasons.


Once a product leaves our studio, we can’t take it back into inventory. So take your time & double-check your order.

It’s not you, it’s health regulations.
We want to protect everyone’s wellness, so all sales are final. 

 

What if my jar, bottle, or tea packaging arrives broken?

If your item arrives damaged in a way that makes it unusable (example: honey jar shattered), we got you.

Just email us at support@mathempandherbs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage
  • A photo of the shipping label

After review, we may issue a store credit so you can reorder.
(No refunds — but we’ll always make it right where we can.)

 

What if the shipping carrier damaged my package?

We don’t issue refunds or store credit for carrier-based damage (crushed boxes, leaks from rough handling, delays, etc.).

Why?
Because once your order is handed to USPS/UPS, the carrier is responsible for how it arrives.

BUT HERE’S THE GOOD PART:
Carriers allow you to file a claim directly, and they often reimburse faster than a store ever could.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage
  2. Keep the packaging
  3. File a claim with the carrier listed on your label:

 

Why don’t you offer returns or refunds? 

We handcraft fresh honey, teas, and herbal blends in small batches.
Because we focus on purity, safety, and wellness, we can’t resell anything that has left our hands.

Even unopened food items legally cannot be restocked.

So instead of returns, we focus on:

  • careful packing

  • quality ingredients

  • small-batch production

  • helping you file shipping claims when needed

We believe in being honest, transparent, and human about it.
