How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for processing and packaging
  • 2–5 business days for shipping (U.S.)

We ship Monday–Thursday so your herbs arrive fresh.

 

Do you ship with tracking?

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number emailed to you once it’s scanned in.

 

My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t see my package.

Try these steps:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or apartment parcel room
  2. Ask neighbors or household members
  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
  4. Contact the carrier directly

Unfortunately, we can’t replace or refund packages marked delivered, but we will help guide you through a missing-mail claim.

 

What if my package is delayed?

Delays happen do to weather, postal traffic, holidays.
Once the carrier has the package, we see the same tracking updates you do.

If it’s delayed, please give it a little grace.
Most delayed orders show up within a few days.
